About Dodie's Reef
The McGuiness family-Charley, Billy, Chris "Dodie", and Casey-opened the first Dodie's in November 1989. All of us being from "The Big Easy", feel that Dodie's is a blend of Cajun and New Orleans cuisine. Our recipes come from Aunt Lou-Lou, Aunt Daisy, Aunt Susan and of course Mireille Lanusse McGuinness. Everything is prepared from scratch, so we hope you will enjoy our family's cooking.
