All meeting times are tentative and subject to change. After each meeting, there is a GETTING STARTED SESSION (as needed) to help you start the program that fits best into your journey. During our center hours, you are able to weigh-in at any time, shop in our retail store or sit down with one of our staff members for one-on-one support.
